Since my move and putting together pitches for new shows I have been so busy that the podcast had to take the backburner until I got situated. Now that I am moved in and everything is organized I am back to work on the podcast and am excited as ever to get going.

Future of Dead Famous

There have been a bunch of rumours floating around which there always will. People don't hear anything or no news is out there, so they make up their own.

So here is what I know....Dead Famous most likely will not renew for two reasons and two reasons only. One Gail Porter does not want to do another season, and if you watched season three you could see she was not into the show anymore. Due to things going on in her life she is moving on. Number two, Living TV from what I have heard at this time is not planning on renewing some of their paranormal programing because they belive that the fad has died down and they have a new CEO.

What I do know is the ratings on Dead Famous for Biography Channel and Living TV were very strong and on some nights off the hook! So why would the show not continue for a season 4 when it is considered succesful? Well simple... Gail doesn't want to do it and the network that owns the show is moving on to other things, that leaves Dead Famous to either be bought by another network or evolve into a different show that Living TV will be interested in.

Season three was our strongest season so far and kept growing in numbers in the USA and overseas.

That's the scoop and for the one person out there spreading rumours it was cancelled is total crap. Get your facts straight. If the show wasn't doing well it would have been cancelled. The show has done very well and is now airing in Australia and still building a momentous fan base in the states!

At this time, it has not been renewed for reasons stated above!

Two four productions who created Dead Famous is working on another show that will be the evolution of Dead Famous into bigger and better things. I also have put together over 8 ideas for top paranormal shows that are currently being pitched in the USA and I feel very positive a couple will get picked up. Some I am apart of some I am not.

I always knew that Dead Famous would be just another installment into what I do, the future is what I am excited about.

There will be more to come as I get word...I can feel it. :)

Okay it has been awhile since i have logged into my journal. Many things have been going on...recently I moved in May and have been trying to get situated. As anyone knows, packing, unpacking, figuring out what goes where can be a nightmare. Add that to an already time filled schedule and ...well you get the point.

I can finally say I am moved in, now just figuring out what rooms to paint. ;)

I have been busy the past three weeks promoting the new season of Dead Famous. From radio shows to tv with Fox In the Morning. IF you get a chance check out the future issue of "Ghost Magazine" and "Mysteries Magazine" both will contain exclusive interviews. Two great publications in this field. It seems there is a huge increase in magazines dealing with this genre. Man, I know how tough it is to put out a magazine on time so I wish them all the best. I am moving on to Podcasting and TV. Unless of course someone with a solid history wants to start up my magazine again, then let me know.
