- All orders are taken online at the ghost outlet store website. 

- No coupons may be used for this unit.

 

- We offer a 60 day refund policy and units can be returned to us at that time in original condition in original package with all items. Anything over 60 days we must have in writing what the concern is and we will address with the manufacturer. We do not warranty or honor any order that is not from us or purchased on EBAY/ or from a different reseller.

 

- You will NOT get a confirmation from us after you place your order.  ONLY when the order is shipped.

- Payment is deducted and paid through Paypal when you make your order. This is a back ordered item, meaning you pay upfront and reserve your unit (as we sell out quick).  - I cannot take checks, money orders, nor over the phone orders,  nor put any holds on any units. Sorry, I am not set up that way at this time. **We will have FULL credit card acceptance by March 1st, 2012.  You can use a credit card and debit card through Paypal but I suggest you set that up before the sale.

- When we get our shipment we send it out to you ASAP.

- You will receive a receipt from us that your order has shipped and also receive a tracking number from USPS Priority mail.

- Make sure to check your spam and or Junk folder as our email confirmations tend to go into those folders when received.

- This unit and all Digital Dowsing devices cannot be sold overseas, only in the USA. STANDARD POLICY. So I cannot honor any orders for overseas. Any order not in the USA will be canceled.

- All units will be shipped USPS 2-3 days priority when units arrive from manufacturer to us. Please expect 1-3 weeks delivery from when you place your order. 

- We are not responsible for anyone NOT reading or following the above.

- Please if you see one of these on Ebay over $229 which is the retail price. DONT BUY IT!

**** There is a Optional LCD and Video interface for the Ovilus X coming early 2012! It will allow you to see the words on a small screen as they are being spoken. No more confusion!!! You can attach this to your Ovilus X and PX. It will be sold as a separate item (add on). 

 About the Ovilus X - This device replaces the Ovilus, Ovilus II and the PX model. With major improvements. There will be software updates that can be added to it with new features as they are released. No more replacing units. You will now just update the software.
